TRIPLE POWDER-
COATED ALUMINIUM

Powder-coated Aluminium is a fluidised powder coating applied to the aluminium structure by electrostatic spray and then stoved at a temperature between 160°C (320°F) and 210°C (410°F).

This process gives a lightweight but sturdy finish that is maintenance-free, cool to the touch and durable. Perfect for outdoor furniture.

ROPE & STRAP

Rope & Strap are stylish and durable finishes made from an Olefin outer and polyester filling. UV, mildew resistant, and easy to clean with water or a specific mild detergent. They are ideal for outdoor furniture poolside or by the sea due to their resistance to seawater and chlorine.

TEAK

Our Teak wood is sourced from ecological plantations and aged 60 to 80 years to ensure superior quality. This quality teak finish performs well and gives a natural aesthetic to outdoor furniture.

Alu Teak

Alu Teak replicates teak’s natural warmth and grain with durable aluminium. UV-stable, corrosion-resistant, and maintenance-free, it won’t fade, crack, or warp. Lightweight, sustainable, and 100% recyclable, it delivers lasting, all-weather performance for Akula’s outdoor collections.

FAUX TEAK

Used for table tops, chair slats and visual enhancements, Faux Teak is a non-porous composite material that looks and feels like high-quality natural wood and is incredibly durable.

It won’t crack or splinter, is UV resistant, environmentally friendly, and most importantly, doesn’t “age”. Our Faux Teak is dyed through, making it anti-scratch, anti-mould and anti-mildew.

HIGH PRESSURE
LAMINATE (HPL)

Manufactured at high pressure and temperature from a flat thermo hardening resin-based sheet with up to 70% wood-based fibres, the visible side is covered in a decorative surface using the patented Electron Beam Curing (EBC) technology.

The result is a highly stable, dense panel with a good strength-to-weight ratio, excellent colour stability and weather resistance. Available in 13mm thickness.

POLYPROPYLENE

A versatile material renowned for its incredible strength, weather resistance and ease of maintenance, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor spaces. Polypropylene is lightweight yet durable, whilst its moisture-wicking properties make it perfect for areas exposed to humidity or spills.

Ceramic

Ceramic is hard-wearing, scratch, heat, UV, humidity, mould, fungi and frost resistant. Created by wet-grinding clay, granite and metamorphic rock raw materials, with a fieldspa component and ceramic pigments, it is then specially shaped in a compactor and sintered at 1200°C with gas firing.

Easy to maintain with resistance to detergents and cleaning products. Available in three thicknesses: CEW/CED 6mm and CESB/CEBO 9.5mm or 11.5mm.

Wicker (HDPE)

HDPE wicker is a durable, eco-friendly synthetic fiber made from high-density polyethylene. Designed for outdoor use, it withstands harsh elements, including sun exposure, saltwater, and chlorine, making it an excellent choice for poolside and patio furniture. Lightweight yet strong, it requires minimal maintenance and is fully recyclable, offering both sustainability and long-lasting performance.
